Designing Resilience, Building Community

To us, empty buildings are beautiful: we revitalize them, developing green infrastructure projects that create jobs and provide hands-on learning opportunities. Our team manages the construction process from community engagement to design, build-out, and grand opening.

With this spirit in mind, we are proud to announce the development of our premier site, the Milwaukee Food Tech Incubator in the Near West Side.

Introducing Fork Farms

The anchor tenant of the Food Tech Incubator is Fork Farms a Wisconsin-based, vertical hydroponic systems provider. We’re growing high-quality, pesticide-free greens, year-round, right here in the city.

In addition to growing local greens, we’re building a state-of-the-art commissary kitchen to serve Milwaukee’s food entrepreneurs. This resource center will foster and empower food truck operators, caterers, and other local food leaders.

Elevating Local Food Leaders

We're also providing an immersive educational space for youth-based social entrepreneurialism. Here, local organizations like Fork Farms will share knowledge and skills with the community, providing opportunities for hands-on learning about the growing, cooking, and serving of food.
